Registration Fees and Payment
The registration fees for this year’s congress have been slightly increased. This is due to the additional costs associated with health security at the venue to allow all participants a safe attendance as well as increased costs for a hybrid conference set-up.
The payment methods offered are credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa) and bank transfer (invoice). However, payment by bank transfer is only possible until 26 April 2022, 23h59 CEST. Please note that a handling fee of € 30 will be charged for bank transfer and 2.5% for credit card payment.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.
All cancellations must be sent to registration.ESOC@congrex.com.
Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged with € 10.

Information about Covid-19
Covid-19 Safety Concept
After careful consideration, the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and its congress planning committee have decided to repeal the 2G+ Covid-19 Safety Concept for the 8th European Stroke Organisation Conference (ESOC)
Following the current rules of the French Government, it is no longer a requirement to wear a face-mask or to provide a valid Covid-Certificate.
Nevertheless, the committee strongly appeals to the personal responsibility of each participant and still recommends adherence to the 2G+ rule as well as the wearing of a face-mask during the conference, even if there will be no control of these measures.
In case of any questions and uncertainties about the conference format or the Covid-19 safety concept, please contact the congress secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
